Marketing and Customer Service Intern

SpiderSmart is looking for talented individuals for part-time marketing, curriculum, and customer service interns. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Enrolling new students in our virtual program
  • Interact with families face-to-face and via phone, texts, or emails
  • Undertaking marketing and community outreach
  • Strong writing skills

Qualifications

  • Ability to quickly assimilate information about SpiderSmart and its programs, and use this knowledge to generate sales
  • Interest and passion for education and public service
  • Comfort with cold calling and video conferencing
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English (and other Asian language a plus)
  • Proficient in basic computer usage
  • Experience in sales and marketing is a plus

Work Location

Remote work as well as onsite at numerous locations around the country.
