Marketing and Customer Service Intern
SpiderSmart Learning Center in Tysons, Virginia, is looking for part-time marketing and customer service interns. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Enrolling new students in our virtual program
- Interact with families face-to-face and via phone, texts, or emails
- Undertaking marketing and community outreach
Qualifications
- Ability to quickly assimilate information about SpiderSmart and its programs, and use this knowledge to generate sales and respond to clients
- Interest and passion for education and public service
- Comfort with cold calling and video conferencing
- Proven customer service skills
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (and other Asian language a plus)
- Proficient in basic computer usage
- Experience in sales and marketing is a plus
